RYTS (Regional Youth Transition Seminar) is another highly regarded Youth Development Program in the stable of Rotary Districts 9630 and 9640 that make up the three "R" seminars (RYPEN, RYTS and RYLA) that are aimed at different age groups, have a different focus, but take similar forms as they are all intensively personal and contain different leadership development experiences for the participants.
